Frequently asked questions
How do I join Hilal Club?
Simply create an account; there is no separate application or fee. Orders placed while signed in earn points.
When are points added to my account?
Points are added automatically once your order is delivered. You can see points from orders on their way under My account › Hilal Club.
How are points calculated?
3% of the item total (after discounts and any points used), rounded down to whole points. Shipping, gift wrap and service fees do not earn points.
How do I use my points?
Once your balance reaches 50 points, “Use my Hilal Points” appears at checkout. Points can cover up to 50% of the item total; 1 point is 1 TL.
What happens to my points if I return an order?
On a return or cancellation, points used on that order are restored in proportion to the refund, and points earned from it are deducted in the same proportion.
Can I transfer points or exchange them for cash?
Hilal Points are personal; they cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash and can only be used as a discount at hilaljewelry.co.
Hilal Jewelry reserves the right to change the Hilal Club terms with prior notice.
